本文应用大口径毛细管柱气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中非常规指标1,2—二氯乙烷。水中微量的1,2—二氯乙烷经顶空提取后,应用OV—624大口径毛细管色谱柱采用恒温方式进行GC分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。通过一系列试验得出1,2—二氯乙烷线性范围0~391.60μg/L,,回收率101.74%~104.34%,精密度为3.70%~1.99%。结果方法可用于生活饮用水水样中1,2—二氯乙烷的测定。
In this paper, large-bore capillary gas chromatography determination of non-conventional indicators of drinking water 1,2-dichloroethane. The trace amounts of 1,2-dichloroethane in water after headspace extraction, the application of OV-624 large-diameter capillary column with constant temperature GC analysis, retention time qualitative, external standard quantitative. A series of experiments showed that the linear range of 1,2-dichloroethane was 0-391.60μg / L, the recoveries were 101.74% -104.34% and the precision was 3.70% -1.99%. Results The method can be used for the determination of 1,2-dichloroethane in domestic drinking water samples.
