采用液面控制的电化学方法制备出间距可达几微米的Cu—Cu、Cu-W双微电极结构,然后在及微电极结构中自组装CuTCNQ有机微晶体,进行直流电学特性测量.测量结构表现出不同于CuTCNQ薄膜所呈现出的电学性质,对此进行了初步的讨论.
The Cu-Cu and Cu-W dual microelectrodes with a distance of several microns were prepared by the liquid-controlled electrochemical method, and then the CuTCNQ organic micro-crystals were self-assembled in the microelectrode structure to measure the DC electrical characteristics. The structure shows different from the electrical properties of the CuTCNQ thin films presented, and a preliminary discussion of this.
