应用极谱式氧电极观察速尿对豚鼠耳蜗鼓阶外淋巴氧分压(STPO2)的影响,并探讨STPO2的改变与听觉的关系。结果显示:静注速尿后,血管纹缺血,STPO2逐渐减低,听力下降;血管纹缺血越重,STPO2下降得越多,听力就越差,且听功能随着STPO2恢复而逐步改善,STPO2变化与听区皮层诱发电位阈值改变呈线性相关,提示,耳蜗毛细胞能量代谢障碍可能是袢利尿剂耳毒性作用的主要原因。
The effect of furosemide on epistaxis (STPO2) of guinea pig’s cochlea was observed by using polarographic oxygen electrode and the relationship between STPO2 and auditory sense was investigated. The results showed that: after furosemide was given intravenously, the vascular pattern was decreased, the STPO2 decreased gradually, and the hearing ability was decreased. The more the vascular pattern ischemia, the more the STPO2 decreased, the worse the hearing ability, and the hearing function improved gradually with the recovery of STPO2. STPO2 changes and auditory cortical evoked potential threshold changes were linearly correlated, suggesting that cochlear hair cell energy metabolism disorders may be 袢 diuretic ototoxicity of the main reasons.
