一、核心力量概论核心力量训练最初只作为一种有效的康复训练手段应用于医疗和健身。近年来随着运动链理论和神经肌肉系统训练以及本体感受性训练理论的提出,许多人发现核心力量训练功效不仅仅只适用于康复领域,而且对几乎所有的竞技运动项目都很重要。同时,将这种训练方法在多个运动项目的体能训练中进行了尝试,在提高运动员核心力量方面收到了明显的效果。
