目的:探讨保心丸对扩张型心肌病家兔肝功能的影响。方法:新西兰兔72只,除正常组6只外,其余家兔采用耳缘iv 0.75 mg·kg-1多柔比星方法复制家兔扩心病模型,每周2次,于第4周B超检查记录家兔心率(HR),主动脉内径(AO),左室舒张期末内径(LVEDD),左室收缩期末内径(LVESD),计算左室射血分数(LVEF)及每分钟搏出量(SV),将造模成功的家兔随机分为模型组、保心丸高、中、低剂量组(2.7,1.35,0.675 g·kg-1)及卡托普利组2.5 mg·kg-1,连续ig给药30 d,每天1次,并于第8周取血清检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),天门冬氨基转移酶(AST),碱性磷酸酶(ALP),γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT),总蛋白(TP),白蛋白(ALB),肌酸激酶(CK)的含量;心室取材,HE染色观察心脏组织的病理变化。结果:与正常组比较,第4周B超检测模型组射血分数及每分钟搏出量明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),表明扩张型心肌病模型成功。第8周时血清肝功检测,与正常组比较,模型组ALT,AST,γ-GT,CK含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),TP含量明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,保心丸各剂量组及卡托普利组明显降低ALT,AST,γ-GT,CK含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),明显升高TP含量(P<0.05)。病理观察显示,模型组部分心肌萎缩,部分心肌细胞轻-中度浊肿,或轻度脂肪变性,间质纤维组织增生,血管充血,各给药组上述病理变化均有明显减轻。结论:保心丸对多柔比星致家兔扩张型心肌病肝功能有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Baoxin Pill on liver function in rabbits with dilated cardiomyopathy. Compared with the normal group, the levels of ALT, AST, γ-GT and CK in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01) and the content of TP was significantly decreased in the eighth week (P <0.05) Compared with model group, the contents of ALT, AST, γ-GT and CK in each dose group and captopril group were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01), and TP content was significantly increased (P <0.05). Pathological examination showed that part of the model group myocardial atrophy, some mild myocardial cell swelling - mild, or mild steatosis, interstitial fibrosis, vascular congestion, the administration of the pathological changes were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Baoxin Pill has certain protective effect on the liver function of dilated cardiomyopathy induced by doxorubicin in rabbits.
