目的:为了探讨在当前医患关系较紧张的情况下,临床实践教学面临的问题和所应采取的对策。方法:总结自己近年来在带教过程中遇到的一些问题,并针对各种问题采取相应的对策,从而获得如何搞好临床实践教学的经验。结果:在医学模式转变及《医病事故处理条例》实施后,科室临床实践教学工作仍然取得了令人满意的效果。结论:医学院校教学医院针对临床实践教学中的问题,采取某些相应的措施和对策,临床实践教学的质量是可以相对得到保证的。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the problems in clinical practice teaching and the countermeasures that should be taken under the current tense situation of doctor-patient relationship. Methods: To summarize some of the problems that I encountered in the process of teaching in recent years, and to take appropriate countermeasures for various problems so as to obtain the experience of how to do a good job of clinical practice teaching. Results: After the medical model was changed and the Regulations on the Treatment of Medical Malpractice were implemented, the clinical practice teaching in the department still achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion: The teaching hospitals in medical colleges should take some corresponding measures and countermeasures to solve the problems in clinical practice teaching, and the quality of clinical practice teaching can be relatively guaranteed.
