企业的长期成长依赖于创新,包括探索型创新和改进型创新。通过多案例定性研究,得出的结论为:第一,高层管理团队通过动态的时间分配、资源分配,使企业能够同时进行改进型创新和探索型创新;第二,改进型创新和探索型创新“共舞”存在两种不同模式,分别为团队中心模式和CEO中心模式;第三,尽管这两种模式在高层管理团队的责任分配上有所不同,但都能够综合各种环境因素进行动态决策,并取得令人满意的财务表现。
Long-term business growth depends on innovation, including exploration-oriented innovation and improved innovation.
