本文以155×80×80(mm)液压阀体铸件—压边冒口补缩工艺为例,较系统地研究了灰铸铁的收缩和凝固过程.用倾出法和热分析测温法测定了铸件—压边冒口的凝固动态.在生产条件下,观测了铸件压边冒口的凝固与补缩行为,提出了灰铸铁件“自补缩凝固”的理论和有限补缩的原则,指出冒口不必要晚于铸件凝固,灰铸铁和球墨铸铁的冒口不应该放在铸件的几何热节处.
