在室内用 1 5 %Nomolt胶悬剂分别对油松毛虫的 5龄末幼虫和 6龄 1~ 2日龄幼虫进行处理 ,发现 5龄末幼虫比 6龄 1~ 2日龄幼虫对Nomolt敏感。 5龄末幼虫经药剂处理后约有 5 2 4%的个体在 2~ 9d (大部分在 2~ 5d内 )中毒死亡 ,47 6 %的个体于施药后的 2~ 3d蜕皮进入下个龄级 ,这两部分幼虫受药后平均存活7 9虫日 /头 ;而药剂处理 6龄 1~ 2日龄幼虫则有 95 3%的个体存活 7d以上 ,平均存活 1 3 5虫日 /头 ,并有少数“超龄期”幼虫发生 ,但受药幼虫最终均 1 0 0 %的死亡 ;对照幼虫平均存活 2 8 6虫日 /头。
Fifty-fifth instar larvae and 6-day-old larvae of 6-day-old were treated with 15% Nomolt suspension in the laboratory. Late larvae of the 5th instar larvae were found to be more sensitive to Nomolt than larvae of the 1st to 2nd instars. About 5 2 4% of the individuals at the 5th instar larvae died of poisoning after 2 to 9 days (most of them within 2 to 5 days), while 47 6% of the individuals died 2 to 3 days after spraying Level. The larvae of these two parts survived an average of 7 9 insect days / head after receiving the drug. However, 95 3% of the 6-day-old larvae of the 6-year-old agent survived 7 days or more and survived an average of 1 35 insect days per head, A few “over-age” larvae were found, but the larvae eventually died by 100%.
