2013年3月5日,全省档案统计暨档案业务建设会议在济南召开。会议的主要任务是贯彻新修订的《全国档案事业统计年报制度》,提高全省档案统计工作的效率和质量,加大档案系统依法行政的工作力度,提升全省档案业务建设管理水平。会上,国家档案局法规司综合处处长王忻就档案统计工作的建立与发展现状、新制度及各项统计指标进行了讲解。省统计局社科处副处长杨红康从宣贯《统计法》的角度,提出了实现档案统计工作
March 5, 2013, the province’s archives statistics and archives business conference was held in Jinan. The main task of the conference was to implement the newly revised “National Statistical Annual Report System for Archives”, to improve the efficiency and quality of archives statistics work across the province, to step up the administration of archival systems in accordance with the law, and to enhance the management of archive construction in the province. At the meeting, Wang Xin, Director of the Division of Laws and Regulations of the State Archives Bureau, explained the establishment and development of the archives statistics work, the new system and various statistical indicators. Yang Hongkang, deputy director of the Social Science Department of the Provincial Bureau of Statistics, proposed to implement the work of archives statistics from the perspective of “statistics law”
