Right now, the consensus of most state-owned enterprises is that they are more difficult and have great potential. In order to get out of their predicament, they are encouraged to look inward and tap potentials and work hard to reform the internal operation mechanism. This is undoubtedly correct. However, with the development of the market economy and various measures for deepening reforms, the impact of market factors such as product sales on the enterprises has become the primary contradiction that restricts the survival of enterprises. Needless to say, for a long time our state-owned enterprises have basically taken the path of a closed-door enterprise that produces, supplies and distributes small but complete products.
