本文从生产应用的实际出发,对抽头式调压,磁放大器式调节,自、调电感式三种CO_2半自动焊机的工艺性能(引弧性能、电弧声音、飞溅情况、焊缝成型)作了定性比较和分析,并摄制了小规范和中等规范的电流和电压波形图。本文认为中等规范焊接时,为获得平坦的焊缝,短路频率控制在30~50次/秒为宜。回路中电感量应选择得大一些。但电感量大时会造成引弧困难,此时如在电感两端跨接电阻,则可以控制短路电流有较徒的前沿和较缓降的后沿,这种波形对引弧及飞溅都有艮好的控制效果。
