目的调查珠海市部分集中空调通风系统军团菌污染状况,为空调卫生监测积累经验,为预防和控制军团菌病提供科学依据。方法抽取珠海市25家3~5星级酒店空调冷却塔水49份及受理30家企业空调冷却塔水73份作军团菌污染情况检测。结果酒店和企业空调冷却塔军团菌检出率为38.18%(21/55),冷却塔水样军团菌阳性检出率为22.95%(28/122),酒店和企业空调冷却塔军团菌污染状况及冷却水样军团菌阳性率均无统计学差异(P>0.05),菌型分布以LpⅠ型军团菌为优势菌型。结论调查结果显示空调通风系统军团菌污染严重并存在传播军团菌病的隐患,应制定相应的策略和措施应对。
Objective To investigate the status of Legionella contamination in some centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems in Zhuhai and to gain experience in air-conditioning hygienic monitoring and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of Legionnaires’ disease. Methods Totally 49 samples of air conditioning cooling tower from 25 3 ~ 5 star hotels in Zhuhai city were collected and 73 samples of cooling water from air conditioning tower of 30 enterprises were collected for the detection of Legionella contamination. Results The detection rate of Legionella in air-conditioners and air-conditioners was 38.18% (21/55), the positive detection rate of Legionella bacteria in cooling tower was 22.95% (28/122), and the Legionella contamination in air conditioners and air-conditioners And the positive rate of Legionella in cooling water samples showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). The distribution of bacteria type was Legionella LpⅠ. Conclusion The results of the investigation show that the Legionella bacteria in air-conditioning and ventilation system is seriously polluted and there is a potential risk of Legionella transmission, corresponding strategies and measures should be formulated.
