本文针对当前企业科技档案管理面临的新形势和规范化管理现状及要求,探讨了应用六西格玛管理理论进行管理提升的可行性,分析了基于六西格玛的企业科技档案管理提升的DMAIC执行过程,并提出企业科技档案管理提升的六西格玛管理策略。六西格玛作为一种系统化的管理理念和管理工具,可有效地改善企业科技档案管理流程,通过规范档案管理提升管理服务质量,为管理变革提供了有效的途径。
In view of the current situation and requirements of enterprise technology archives management facing the new situation and standardization management, this paper discusses the feasibility of applying Six Sigma theory to enhance the management, analyzes the execution process of DMAIC based on Six Sigma, and proposes the enterprise technology File management to enhance the Six Sigma management strategy. As a systematic management idea and management tool, Six Sigma can effectively improve the enterprise technology file management process and improve the management service quality by standardizing the file management, which provides an effective way to manage the change.
