Identification of IVC has important clinical value, especially for patients with retroperitoneal or metastatic tumors and metastatic emboli. Due to the direct connection of the renal vein and inferior vena cava, renal cancer has been recognized as a direct cause of IVC. Surgical resection of renal cell carcinoma without metastasis is effective, so to judge whether the inferior vena cava is involved preoperatively. Inferior vena cava angiography and
