改革开放以来,国有企业以经济建设为中心,以市场为导向,加强内部改革和推动经营方式的改变,企业的经济效益不断提升。在进行生产经营的同时,职工文体活动的开展也是企业关注的重要方面,然而,各企业工会体育协会的发展并不平衡,效益好的国有企业工作开展相对正常,效益差的国有企业工作开展不正常甚至取消了相关组织。国有企业行业各异、经营状况千差万别,效益参差不齐,但职工参加体育协会的愿望需求是共同的,笔者就国有企业工会体育协会如何规范运作进行了思考,形成了一定的工作思路。

However, the development of the trade unions and sports associations of various enterprises is not balanced. The efficient and effective state-owned enterprises carry out relatively normal work, Normal or even canceled the relevant organizations. The state-owned enterprises have different industries, their operating conditions vary widely and their benefits are uneven. However, the desire of employees to participate in the sports associations is common. The author has made some thinking on how to regulate the operation of the state-owned trade unions and sports associations, and has formed certain working ideas.
