大量实验资料表明,各种致炎因素的致炎作用与炎症产生的各种化学物质即炎症介质的介导密切相关。在各类炎症介质中,近年来对花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,AA)通过环加氧酶途径生成的前列腺素(prostaglandins,PGs)在炎症中的作用已给予高度重视,现知花生四烯酸的另一重要代谢产物,即通过脂加氧酶途径生成的羟—20碳四烯酸(hydroxyeicosatetraenoicacid,HETE)和白三烯(Leukotrienes、LTs)在炎症及过敏性疾患中也起着十分重要的作用。本文拟从炎症介质角度,就近年来关于花生四烯酸脂加氧酶代谢产物和白三烯与炎症的关系作一简要综述。
