目的优化木犀草素-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法采用饱和水溶液法包合木犀草素,以包合率、收率和总评“归一值”为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken设计考察β-环糊精-木犀草素投料比例、包合时间、包合温度对制备工艺的影响,对结果进行多元线性和二项式拟合,效应面法选取最佳工艺条件进行预测分析。结果从相关系数上看,各项指标二项式拟合方程均优于多元线性回归方程,根据优化制备工艺制得木犀草素-β-环糊精包合物的平均包合率为75%,收率为66%。结论优化的木犀草素-β-环糊精包合物制备工艺稳定可行,包合率和收率同时都高,可用于生产。
Objective To optimize the preparation of inclusion complexes of luteolin-β-cyclodextrin. Methods The solution of luteolin was dissolved in saturated aqueous solution. The inclusion ratio, the yield and the “normalized value” were used as the evaluation indexes. The proportion of β-cyclodextrin-luteolin was determined by Box-Behnken design. Combined with time, inclusion temperature on the preparation process, the results of multiple linear and binomial fitting effect surface method to select the best process conditions for predictive analysis. Results From the correlation coefficient point of view, the binomial fitting equation of all indexes was better than multivariate linear regression equation. According to the optimized preparation process, the average inclusion rate of luteolin-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was 75% The yield was 66%. Conclusion The optimized preparation process of luteolin-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex is stable and feasible. The inclusion ratio and the yield are both high at the same time and can be used in the production.
