研究了挤压铸造压力对壁厚不均铸件性能的影响。通过对该铸件不同部位宏观、微观组织、密度以及力学性能的研究表明,合金的力学性能随着压力的增加而增大,并且在100 MPa时达到最大值,之后继续增加压力,对材料性能影响不大,铸件厚壁位置的最大剪切强度达到174.31 MPa、硬度达到97.7 HB。压力损失对铸件性能有很大的影响,厚壁位置由于压力损失引起的性能降低较为明显。
The influence of squeeze casting pressure on the performance of castings with uneven wall thickness was studied. Through the study of the macroscopic, microstructure, density and mechanical properties of different parts of the castings, the mechanical properties of the alloy increase with the increase of the pressure and reach the maximum at 100 MPa, then continue to increase the pressure on the material properties The maximum shear strength at the thick wall of the casting reaches 174.31 MPa and the hardness reaches 97.7 HB. Pressure loss has a significant impact on the performance of the castings, the reduction of the performance due to pressure loss at the thick-walled location is more pronounced.
