牙轮钻头是穿孔凿岩的主要工具,牙轮钻机穿孔效率和成本在很大程度上受到钻头质量的影响。牙轮钻头主要由带齿的牙轮、牙爪、轴承滚动体及联接丝扣等组成。钻头工作时承受着一个较大的带多次冲击的接触负荷,再加上轴承没有润滑条件,所以摩擦是比较严重的。在热处理方面目前国内均采用渗碳工艺,根据钻头的性能要求和目前工艺的发展,我们将碳氮共渗工艺强化处理钻头,经在大孤山矿和迁安铁矿的试验,获得较好效果,与渗碳相比,最高使用寿命由647米提高到1227米,钻头平均寿命由200米提高到709米。现将热处理有关情况简介如下:
