我国社会志愿服务已走过20多年的历程,其间大体经历了三个阶段。在这个过程中,围绕志愿服务宣传、建立工作机制、搭建活动平台等方面进行了许多有益的探索,初步展现了一些优势和特色。同时,一些地域在党政部门自上而下倡导、活动项目的推动、服务品牌的塑造、吸引社会力量参与和增强志愿服务持续性方面,积累了不少有普遍意义的基本经验。
China’s social volunteer service has gone through more than 20 years of history, during which it generally experienced three stages. In this process, many useful explorations have been carried out around the promotion of volunteer services, the establishment of a working mechanism and the establishment of an activity platform, initially showing some advantages and characteristics. In the meantime, some regions have accumulated a lot of basic experiences with general significance in areas such as advocacy from top to bottom of the party and government departments, promotion of activity items, shaping of service brands, attraction of social forces and enhancement of sustainability of volunteer service.
