大办城市人民公社的浪潮,已经在全国各城市形成了一个汹涌澎湃、波澜壮阔的群众运动。在这一伟大的具有历史意义的革命群众运动中,我国城市的政治、经济面貌和城市人民的精神面貌,都起了深刻的变化。最近我们在南市区红旗里弄委员会所属地区进行了一些调查,这一个里弄委员会的变化、发展过程极其有力地说明:城市人民公社化运动的出现不是偶然的,组织起来走人民公社化道路是人心所向,城市人民公社正在日益显示出其巨大的优越性。
