Selective CO2 reduction to formate with high-added value is one of the most technologically and eco-nomically feasible pathways to realize electrochemical CO2 fixation.Bismuth-based catalysts have the advantages of nontoxicity,low cost,high abundance,as well as excellent stability.In addition,bismuth-based catalysts display excellent selectivity for the electrochemical reduction of CO2 to formate in aqueous electrolytes due to high-hydrogen evolution overpotential.Hence,bismuth-based catalysts are by far the most commercially available materials for electrochemical reduction of CO2 to formate.In this review,the electrochemical reduction of CO2 to formate over bismuth-based catalysts is elaborated.Firstly,this review describes performance evaluation indexes,evaluation systems and reaction mechanisms of the elec-trochemical reduction of CO2 to formate over bismuth-based catalysts.Subsequently,the research means to reveal the reaction mechanism of electrochemical reduction of CO2 to formate over bismuth-based catalysts and the per-formance improvement strategies of the reaction are described in detail.Finally,the opportunities and chal-lenges in this encouraging field are discussed.We believe that this review will contribute to further development of electrochemical reduction of CO2 to formate over bismuth-based catalysts.

研究改性凯孚碳素作为补强剂在工程机械轮胎胎体帘布胶中的应用.结果表明:填充改性凯孚碳素的工程机械轮胎胎体帘布胶的硫化特性与填充炭黑N660和N774的胶料基本相近,拉伸强度比填充炭黑N660的胶料小,与填充炭黑N774的胶料相近,拉断伸长率大,压缩疲劳温升比填充炭黑N660和N774的胶料低,回弹值比填充炭黑N660的胶料高;炭黑N660/干法改性凯孚碳素填料并用(并用比为1/1)可等量替代工程机械轮胎胎体帘布胶料中的炭黑N774,胶料的性能与填充炭黑N774的胶料接近且符合企业的控制指标要求.
研究增粘树脂BHK-1360在农业子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用.结果表明:在胎面胶中添加增粘树脂BHK-1360后,胶料的门尼焦烧时间以及FL,Fmax,t10和t90变化不大,自粘性较好;硫化胶的拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和耐磨性能提高,耐老化性能较好;成品轮胎胎面胶物理性能和耐久性能显著提高.

为了改善天然气制乙炔副产炭黑(简称副产炭黑)的表面性能,实现其资源化利用,在副产炭黑的表面原位复合白炭黑制得白炭黑包覆副产炭黑复合材料.采用热重分析、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射等手段对材料的性能进行表征,并研究其对丁苯橡胶的补强效果.结果表明:白炭黑包覆副产炭黑复合材料呈规整的球形,聚集程度降低,分散性提高,粒径明显增大;吸油值较副产炭黑提高153%;与水的接触角降至38.29°,亲水性大幅提高;在副产炭黑与白炭黑复合过程中产生了结晶度较低的微晶炭;白炭黑包覆副产炭黑复合材料对丁苯橡胶的补
分析全钢载重子午线轮胎压延钢丝帘布常见问题,并提出相应控制措施.通过采取稳定压延速度,保证胶料混炼均匀,合理设计胶片厚度、辊距和辊筒挠度变形补偿参数,规范钢丝帘线锭子绕线、导开、拉线和排线等操作及电磁控制尾丝张力等措施,提高钢丝帘布压延工艺控制水平.

以11R22.5轮胎挤出胎面为例,介绍采用三维软件CATIA进行挤出口型参数化设计的方法.根据客户提供的挤出部件尺寸及胶料膨胀系数,利用EXCEL和CATIA软件实现口型型腔的参数化设计,并将口型设计文件导入数控软件,进行机床加工,实现挤出口型准确、快速设计与加工.
