用时域有限差分法分析了THz频率下共面波导传输线的损耗和色散特性,研究了CPW的衬底厚度变化对损耗和色散特性的影响,仿真结果与相关理论一致。
The loss and dispersion characteristics of coplanar waveguide transmission line at THz frequency are analyzed by finite-difference time-domain method. The influence of substrate thickness variation on loss and dispersion characteristics of CPW is studied. The simulation results are consistent with the related theories.
