高蛋白饮食对人体健康存在着负面影响,但是在对高蛋白饮食对健康的影响的系统的研究很少。本文主要是研究高蛋白饮食对人体机能的影响,通过结果表明,长期有高蛋白饮食习惯的人(≥1.85g·kg-1·d-1),对人体的技能存在一定的不良影响,主要的表现是肝脏功能受损、免疫系统功能下降、影响人的血糖、加速人的衰老等。本文主要阐述了高蛋白饮食习惯对人体机能的影响,通过高蛋白对人体的影响改进人的饮食习惯,合理控制饮食促进人体更健康。
High-protein diets have a negative effect on human health, but there are few systematic studies on the health effects of high-protein diets. The main purpose of this paper is to study the effect of high-protein diet on human performance. The results show that people who have high protein diet for a long time (≥1.85g · kg-1 · d-1) have certain adverse effects on human skills, mainly The performance of liver function is impaired, the immune system function decline, affecting people’s blood sugar, accelerate people’s aging and so on. This article describes the impact of high protein diet on human function, improve human diet through the impact of high protein on the human body, and reasonable diet to promote healthier people.
