目的探讨液相色谱对辣椒制品中对位红,苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的同时检测方法。方法用乙醚提取后于旋转蒸发仪上浓缩至1 ml,用甲醇定容至5 ml,进液相色谱分析,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果在方法选定的条件下,对位红,苏丹红(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)不同水平加标回收率范围为:对位红为97.3%~103.0%,苏丹红Ⅰ为96.8%~102.0%,苏丹红Ⅱ为96.5%~102.0%,苏丹红Ⅲ为93.5%~105.0%,苏丹红Ⅳ为92.3%~102.0%。结论该方法简便、易行,适用于辣椒制品中对位红、苏丹红的测定。
Objective To investigate the simultaneous determination of para red and Sudan Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ in pepper products by liquid chromatography. The method was extracted with ether and then concentrated to 1 ml on a rotary evaporator. The volume was fixed to 5 ml with methanol and analyzed by liquid chromatography. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. Results The recoveries ranged from 97.3% to 103.0% for reds and 96.8% for Sudan Ⅰ under the conditions of selected methods. 102.0% for Sudan, 96.5% -102.0% for Sudan II, 93.5% -105.0% for Sudan III, and 92.3% -102.0% for Sudan III. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to perform and is suitable for the determination of red and sudan red in pepper products.
