本文报道了担子菌菌种24属43种122株经过液氮超低温冻结后的结果。122株担子菌分别用5%或10%二甲亚砜(DMSO)和10%甘油作保护剂,经快速和慢速冻结其成活率分别是,以甘油作保护剂,快速冻结为81%;慢速冻结为94%;以 DMSO 作保护剂时,快速冻结为97%;慢速冻结为100%。14属23种41株担子菌经冻结保存不同时间后,进行结菇试验,除银耳(Tremella fucifor-mis)的对照和冻结样品均未形成子实体外,其余属种均保持着结菇这一特性。
This paper reports the results of the suspension of 43 122 species of 24 genera of Basidiomycetes after cryogenic freezing in liquid nitrogen. 122 strains of basidiomycetes were protected by 5% or 10% DMSO and 10% glycerol, respectively. The survival rates of the 122 basidiomycetes were fast and slow freezing, respectively, with glycerol as the protective agent, which was rapidly frozen to 81%.
