消化道恶性肿瘤侵犯腹壁,形成腹壁脓肿是晚期癌症的一种特殊临床表现。广西医学院附院外科曾收治三例,现报告如下: 病例摘要 例1、男,61岁。于1968年4月发现脐部有花生大无痛性肿块,三个月后增大如鸡蛋大,伴局部红肿热痛,但无明显寒战、发热及消化道症状。在当地医院拟诊为腹壁脓肿给予切开引流,排出恶臭脓性液体。 Gastrointestinal cancer invades the abdominal wall and abdominal wall abscess is a special clinical manifestation of advanced cancer.
