日本针纺食品株式会社采用野生菌种杂交和细胞融合等技术开发出一种新的香菇菌种。该菌种用人造椴木进行培育。收获量比传统方法培育的香菇增产两倍以上,培育期缩短三分之一。香菇不仅肉质较厚,而且大小均匀。
Japan Zhenfang Food Co., Ltd. developed a new mushroom strain using technologies such as wild crossbreeding and cell fusion. The strain bred with artificial basswood. The yield of mushrooms harvested more than twice the traditional method of cultivating more than one-third of the incubation period. Mushrooms are not only thick meat, but also the size of uniform.
