目的 :探讨在改装电耳镜下进行陈旧性鼓膜穿孔 (D≤ 5 mm)的办法及疗效。方法 :设计一种新型电耳镜。实验组 30例鼓膜穿孔患者在新型电耳镜下修补 ,对照组 2 3例则行三氯醋酸烧灼贴片修补。结果 :实验组愈合率 86 .6 % ,平均愈合时间为 (18± 3.6 ) d;对照组的愈合率 5 6 .5 % ,平均愈合时间 (30± 5 .1) d,两组比较差异有显著性 (P值 <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。结论 :在改装电耳镜进行鼓膜修补 ,全过程在放大下进行 ,图像清晰 ,操作简单 ,成本低 ,修补成功率高
Objective: To explore the method and effect of the old tympanic membrane perforation (D≤5 mm) under the modified otoscope. Methods: Design a new type of otoscope. Thirty patients with tympanic membrane perforation in the experimental group were repaired under the new otoscopy, and 23 patients in the control group were treated with trocholic acid cauterization patch. Results: The healing rate was 86.6% in the experimental group and the average healing time was (18 ± 3.6) days. The healing rate in the control group was 56.5% and the average healing time was (30 ± 5.1) days. There was significant difference between the two groups Significance (P <0.05, 0.01). Conclusion: In the modified otoscopy for tympanic membrane repair, the whole process under magnification, clear images, simple operation, low cost, high repair success rate
