今天我们共聚一堂,举行海峡两岸公证事务研讨会,首先我代表司法部,代表吴爱英部长,对此次会议的召开表示热烈的祝贺,对各位嘉宾、对各位台湾同仁表示热烈的欢迎,对长期以来一直关心和支持两岸公证业发展并为此做出积极贡献的各界人士表示诚挚的谢意!海峡隔不断炎黄血脉,两岸离不了同胞深情。今年是汪辜会谈20周年,也是《两岸公证书使用查证协议》签署20周年。20年前,在两岸恢复民间交往的历史时刻,两岸公证人率先携手建立起的公证协作机制,为促进海峡两岸关系和平发展作出了贡献。20年来,两岸相关机构和公证人以维护两岸人民的福祉为宗旨,秉持增进互信、良性互动、求同存异的精神,以确保两岸同胞正当权益实现为目标,采取灵活务实的态
Today we have gathered to hold a seminar on notarization affairs across the Taiwan Strait. First of all, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and on behalf of Minister Wu Aiying, I would like to extend my warm congratulation on the convening of this conference and to all the distinguished guests and warm welcome to all of you in Taiwan. The people from all walks of life who have been concerned about and support the development of the notary public on both sides of the Strait and making positive contributions to it have expressed their sincere gratitude. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Wang-Gu talks and the 20th anniversary of the signing of the “Verification and Verification Agreement for the Use of Certificates Across the Taiwan Strait.” Twenty years ago, at the historic juncture of restoring contacts between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, the notary coordination mechanism established by the notary public of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait in advance made their contribution to the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations. For 20 years, relevant institutions and notaries in the two sides of the strait have adhered to the spirit of enhancing mutual trust, benign interaction and seeking common grounds while maintaining the well-being of people on both sides of the strait, aiming at ensuring the realization of the legitimate rights and interests of compatriots on both sides of the Straits, and adopting a flexible and pragmatic attitude
