武警河北总队针对第二批教育实践活动特点,精心谋划,科学指导,确保学习教育取得实效。一、注重顶层设计,着力防“偏”。该总队注重从源头上纠偏正向。一是靠方案定向。总队(支队)逐个审查教育方案,责令不符合要求的1个支队19个中队进行了修改。二是靠骨干导航。他们分两批把书记、副书记培训一遍,做到目标任务清、学习重点清、推进步骤清、方法手段清。三是靠纪律约束。他们要求各级不能以观看录像代替读书学习,不能以辅导材料代替规定书目,不能以组织团员青年学习代替党员干部自身学习,防止理论学习走样变形。
