目的 :了解海洛因依赖对记忆功能的影响。方法 :对 40例烫吸海洛因依赖者分别于入院时 ,脱毒治疗 3个月后进行临床记忆量表 (CMS)评定 ,与 2 2名正常人对照 ,对吸毒总量与记忆商数进行相关分析。结果 :海洛因依赖者入院时临床记忆量表各分量表分、总分、记忆商数均低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。三个月后各分量表分、总分、记忆商数转入院时均有明显上升 (P<0 .0 1) ,与正常对照组统计差异无显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。记忆商数随吸毒量增加而下降 (r=-0 .384 P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :海洛因依赖能影响记忆功能 ,并与吸毒量有关
Objective: To understand the impact of heroin dependence on memory function. Methods: Forty cases of heroin addicts were admitted to the hospital respectively. After three months of detoxification treatment, the clinical memory scale (CMS) was assessed and compared with 22 normal subjects. The total number of drug addicts was correlated with the number of memory analysis. Results: The score, total score and memory quotient of clinical memory scale of heroin addicts at admission were all lower than those of normal control group (P <0.01). After three months, the scores of subscales, total scores and memory quotient increased significantly when they were admitted to hospital (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between them (P <0.05) and normal control group (P <0.05). The number of memory decreases with the increase of drug addiction (r = -0.384 p <0.05). Conclusion: Heroin dependence can affect memory function and is related to the dose of drug
