目的:优选补阳还五汤总苷胶囊的制备工艺。方法:以出膏率和黄芪甲苷含量为指标,采用正交试验优选补阳还五汤总苷胶囊的水提取工艺。采用732型阳离子交换树脂、三氯甲烷萃取和DA-201型大孔树脂对补阳还五汤中总苷类物质进行分离、纯化,通过单因素试验考察优选该制剂的成型工艺。结果:最佳水提取工艺为加10,8倍量水提取2次,每次1 h。选择乳糖为吸湿剂,80%乙醇为润湿剂,生产环境相对湿度应<60%,1.02 g颗粒应分装入6粒2号胶囊中。结论:优选的提取、成型工艺条件合理可行,为补阳还五汤总苷胶囊的工业化生产提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Buyang Huanwu Decoction capsule. Methods: With the rate of ointment and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ as the index, orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the water extraction process of Buyang Huanwu Decoction capsule. The total glycosides of Buyang Huanwu Decoction were separated and purified by 732 cation exchange resin, chloroform extraction and DA-201 macroporous resin. The single factor test was used to optimize the preparation process. Results: The best water extraction process for extraction plus 10,8 times the amount of water extracted twice, each 1 h. Select lactose as a hygroscopic agent, 80% ethanol as a wetting agent, the relative humidity of the production environment should be <60%, 1.02 g particles should be divided into 6 capsules No. 2. Conclusion: The optimal conditions of extraction and molding are reasonable and feasible, which can provide references for the industrialized production of total glycosides capsule of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.
