本实验采用正交实验设计的方法考查了炉甘石洗剂采用3种常用助悬剂和一种润湿剂对其稳定性的影响,结果表明,助悬剂羧甲基纤维素纳(CMC-Na)、淀粉、枸橼酸钠对炉甘石洗剂的稳定性有极显著影响,交互作用结果表明CMC-Na与淀粉合用对洗剂稳定性有极显著影响,吐温-80对稳定性无影响,综合分析得最佳水平为淀粉、CMC-Na、枸橼酸钠用量分加为0.8%,0.6%,1%和0.5%(g/100ml).
In this experiment, orthogonal design was used to investigate the effect of three common suspending agents and one wetting agent on the stability of calamine lotion. The results showed that the suspending agent sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC -Na), starch and sodium citrate have a very significant impact on the stability of calamine lotion. The interaction results show that the combination of CMC-Na and starch has a very significant effect on the stability of the lotion. The results showed that the optimum levels of starch, CMC-Na and sodium citrate were 0.8%, 0.6%, 1% and 0.5% (g / 100ml).
