新生儿硬肿症多见于早产体弱的婴儿。我在临床中运用民间疗法配合中药辨证治疗此症10余例,均获痊愈。其法是:艾叶一把(新鲜的100～200克,陈的50～100克),红花10克,丹参10克,肉桂末3～5克,用300～500毫升煎汤,趁热用毛巾浸透热敷硬肿处,不断更换毛巾,热敷20～30分钟,直至肌肤红润,表皮松软(注意不要烫伤皮肤),然后用消毒药棉擦干,再用碘酒作皮肤消毒,用酒精脱碘,取2号缝衣针(酒精消毒)1枚,轻轻向已热敷的硬肿部位直刺,手法要均匀,只限刺入表皮,不能过深,只要见到表皮有血迹为宜,针刺部位再用酒精棉球拭干,立即保温,不要受凉。重症1日1次,轻症隔日1次,严密观察症情变化。典型病例:邹毛毛,男孩,5天。1991年2月
