1.引言 目前,常使用的车辆通停机有两种形式,一种是电动伸缩门式,另一种是摆动拦杆式。电动门外形美观,但是造价高,且不宜频繁开、关;拦杆式车辆通停机的栏杆易变形,并且存在诸多不安全的隐患。为此,我们设计了一种造价低、容易操作的链条式车辆通停机。 2.链条式半自动车辆通停机的技术参数 该机的外形尺寸如图1所示,链条拦路的宽度为5m,高度为0.96m。电动机的输出功率为是1.1kW,传动比是1:217,卷筒的转速为6r/min,链条升、降一次各需4s。从这些技术参数可知,自控行程的准确性将直接影响链条的松紧程度。因此,正确选用控制电器元件是本电路设计的关键。

The output power of the motor is 1.1kW, the transmission ratio is 1: 217, the speed of the drum is 6r / min, the chain is raised and lowered, and each time needs 4s. It can be seen from these technical parameters that the accuracy of the self-control travel will directly affect the tightness of the chain. Therefore, the correct choice of control electrical components is the key to this circuit design.
