本文开发了一个新的改进的Bhirud饱和液体方程,以及一种估算化合物标定体积方法.使用该方程对54种化合物的饱和体积进行了验算,779计算点的平均误差为0.74%,相应点采用原始Bhirud方程的平均误差为1.49%,采用SDR方程平均误差为0.79%。本文的估算标定体积方法对各种类型的105种化合物推算结果平均误差为1.11%,而Gunn-yamada方法为2.58%。因此,本文的饱和液体方程及标定体积推算方法在工程计算中,均有一定的实用价值。
In this paper, we develop a new modified Bhirud saturated liquid equation and a method to estimate the calibration volume of a compound.Using this equation, the saturated volume of 54 compounds is calculated, the average error of 779 calculated point is 0.74% The average error of the Bhirud equation is 1.49% and the average error of the SDR equation is 0.79%. The estimated calibration volume method of this article has an average error of 1.11% for the 105 compounds of all types and 2.58% for the Gunn-yamada method. Therefore, the saturated liquid equation and the calibration volume calculation method in this paper have some practical value in engineering calculation.
