本文回顾了121例应用Edgewise技术，需拔牙矫正的错畸形患者，进行尖牙移动及关闭间隙时常采用的几种方法和关闭间隙时机，以及闭合曲的弯制技巧。着重分析了单纯皮圈牵引，链状皮圈牵引和镍钛拉簧牵引三种方法各自的优缺点。提出了三种不同方法的适用对象。认为多种因素的综合考虑，如支抗问题，尖牙轴倾问题、咬合障碍问题等，合适的选择牵引方法，预防性的采取对抗措施，对整个正畸治疗过程将起到事半功倍的效果，并为后续步骤打下良好的基础。
This article reviews 121 patients with Edgewise technique requiring orthodontics for orthodontics, several methods commonly used for canine movement and closing the gap, and the timing of closing the gap, as well as the bending technique for closing the curve.
