近年来,人们对“中国红十字会”“壹基金”“免费午餐”等慈善组织的关注度持续升温,公众对于慈善事业更加透明化、公开化的呼声也一浪高过一浪。伴随着我国经济的不断发展,社会文明不断进步,慈善组织也逐渐暴露出监管不到位、公信力下降等问题。这些问题的存在,严重阻碍了慈善事业的进一步发展。本文试从法律层面指出现行慈善组织在运营过程中所存在的立法缺陷、执行漏洞以及认识度不足等问题。

The existence of these problems seriously hindered the further development of charity. This paper tries to point out from the legal aspect the existing charitable organizations in the operation process of legislative defects, implementation loopholes and lack of awareness and other issues.
