1989年元月10日至14日,四川省建委在武胜县主持召了嘉陵江东西关水电站初步设计审查会议。水利水电规划设计院、交通部水运规划院和国家能源投资公司、中国华能集团公司的领导和专家到会指导;四川省、南充地区及武胜县有关委局以及设计、科研、大专院校共60个单位157位代表出帘了会议。会议听取了我院及其它设计单位关于初设工作的介绍,并分专业进行了讨论研究。代表们认为我院为开发东西关水电站做了大量细致的工作,所提交的设计文件资料齐全,方案论证充分,达到了初步设计深度的要求。会议审查通过了初步设计报告。
From January 10 to January 14, 1989, the Sichuan Provincial Construction Commission presided over the Preliminary Design Review Conference of the Jialingjiang-Geological Power Station in Wusheng County. Leaders and experts from the Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design Institute, the Ministry of Transport’s Water Transport Planning Institute, and the National Energy Investment Corporation and China Huaneng Group Corporation attended the conference; the Sichuan Provincial, Nanchong, and Wusheng related bureaux, as well as design, research, and tertiary institutions Representatives of 60 units and 157 delegates unveiled the conference. The conference listened to the introduction of the initial work of our institute and other design institutes, and discussed and researched in a professional manner. Delegates think that the Institute has done a lot of detailed work for the development of the Shizuoka Hydropower Station. The submitted design documents are complete, and the program is fully demonstrated. It has met the requirements of the preliminary design depth. The meeting reviewed the preliminary design report.
