以工业钛液为初始原料,草酸为沉淀剂,采用化学共沉淀法制备SrTiO_3粉体,分析了制备条件对粉体品质的影响,通过X射线衍射、激光粒度仪和扫描电子显微镜对其结构和形貌进行了表征,用亚甲基蓝(MB)催化降解实验评价了其光催化活性。结果表明:钛液水解和草酸溶解时的pH=2~3,共沉淀温度为50~70℃,煅烧温度900℃,所制备样品颜色和纯度正常,晶型完整,表面形貌为有序多孔疏松结构,平均粒径5.843μm,且分布均匀,SrTiO_3粉体在紫外灯下对MB在8h内的光催化降解效率达到96%,催化剂稳定性强,可重复使用。
The industrial titanium oxide was used as the initial raw material and oxalic acid was used as the precipitating agent. The chemical coprecipitation method was used to prepare SrTiO_3 powder. The influence of preparation conditions on the quality of the powder was analyzed. The structure and properties of SrTiO_3 powder were characterized by XRD, laser particle sizer and scanning electron microscope The morphology was characterized and its photocatalytic activity was evaluated by catalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB). The results show that when the pH value is 2 ~ 3, the temperature is 50 ~ 70 ℃ and the calcination temperature is 900 ℃, the prepared sample has normal color and purity, complete crystal form and orderly surface morphology The average particle size is 5.843μm with uniform distribution. The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of SrTiO_3 powder under UV lamp is 96% within 8h. The catalyst has high stability and can be reused.
