近年来,我国经济发展平稳,社会和谐稳定,企业养老保险工作快速发展,基金收入持续增长,保障能力进一步增强,在2009年受到经济危机巨大影响,部分企业效益下滑的情况下,社会保障工作仍然圆满的完成了各项指标,为维护社会稳定保障民生做出了巨大贡献。但是,结合笔者从事的基层社会保险工作,我们认为:目前企业养老保险管理工作中仍然存在着一些问题亟待解决。
