目的:建立复方头孢氨苄胶囊的流动注射分析法。方法:利用头孢氨苄在碱性条件下与N,N-DPPD的颜色反应,采用流动注射分析法测定了制剂中头孢氨苄的含量。结果:头孢氨苄浓度在5~100μg/ml范围内与信号强度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为H=1.63c-4.28(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为2.3%(n=11)。结论:适于复方制剂中头孢氨苄的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a flow injection analysis of compound cephalexin capsules. Methods: The color reaction of cefalexin with N, N-DPPD under basic condition was carried out. The content of cephalexin in the preparation was determined by flow injection analysis. Results: The linear relationship between the concentration of cephalexin and signal intensity was found in the range of 5-100 μg / ml. The linear regression equation was H = 1.63 c-4.28 (r = 0.9999) with the average recovery of 100.5 %, RSD 2.3% (n = 11). Conclusion: It is suitable for the determination of cephalexin in compound preparations.
