一、社会主义市场经济的框架构想党的十四大阐明了社会主义市场经济的原则,在具体运作上需要在实践中作系统工程式的摸索。根据党的十四大对社会主义市场经济所阐明的原则和特点,现对社会主义市场经济试作如下框架设想。(一) 模式模拟(1) 市场经济的主体:独立、自主、产权明确的经济实体(生产经营企业和个体)。(2)市场经济的客体:平等、规范、公平、自由交易和竞争的环境。
