目的:观察骨形成蛋白(BMP)促进钛种植体(Ti)植入放疗颌骨后种植体与宿主骨间界面的骨结合作用。方法:16只经过60 Gy 60Co照射下颌骨后6 个月的日本大耳白兔为实验动物。8只植入BMP-Ti复合型种植体为实验组,8只植入Ti种植体作为对照组。于植入术后2、4、8周和12周对种植体-宿主骨界面进行扫描电镜及X线能谱分析观察。结果:实验组植入界面新骨生成较对照组早。12周时,实验组植入界面呈骨性结合,而对照组植入界面呈纤维骨性结合。结论:BMP对促进放疗骨种植体-宿主骨界面的早期骨愈合起积极作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) on the osseointegration between implant and host bone after implantation of titanium implant on the jaw bone. Methods: Sixteen Japanese white rabbits (60 rabbits) irradiated 60 Gy 60Co 6 months after the mandible were used as experimental animals. 8 implanted BMP-Ti composite implants as experimental group, 8 implanted Ti implants as control group. The implant-host interface was observed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray spectroscopy at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after implantation. Results: The new bone formation in experimental group was earlier than that in control group. At 12 weeks, the experimental group had osseointegration at the implant interface and the fibroarthrosis at the implantation site in the control group. Conclusion: BMP plays a positive role in promoting early bone healing at the bone-implant-host interface.
