现代学徒制专业课程体系构建的基础是实施学徒制教学。现代学徒制教学在国外众多发达国家中已经被广泛推广,并取得了巨大的成功。但是由于我国校企合作尚未实现良好的发展、高职院校未形成良性的现代学徒制人才培养目标等,导致现代学徒制在全面推广中受到了阻碍。在众多外部客观因素、内部主观因素等综合因素的影响下,如何在高职院校中实施现代学徒制是当前各高职院校重点研究的问题。以酒泉职业技术学院化学制药技术专业为例,分析了现代学徒制专业课程体系构建依据、传统化学制药技术专业教学体系中存在的问题和深化课程改革与实践的方式等内容。
The modern apprenticeship professional curriculum system is based on the implementation of apprenticeship teaching. Modern apprenticeship teaching in many foreign countries have been widely promoted in developed countries, and achieved great success. However, due to the fact that the cooperation between school and enterprise in our country has not yet achieved a good development, the vocational training of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges has not been formed yet, which hinders the development of modern apprenticeship. Under the influence of many external objective factors and internal subjective factors, how to implement modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges is the key issue of the current higher vocational colleges. Taking the chemistry and pharmacy technology specialty of Jiuquan Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper analyzes the basis of modern apprenticeship professional curriculum system, the existing problems in the traditional chemistry pharmacy teaching system and the ways of deepening curriculum reform and practice.
