目的 旨在建立爆破声所致大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的动物实验模型 ,探讨其发病机理。方法 以国标Wister大鼠作为研究对象 ,随机将其分为对照组及声刺激组。采用 5 6式冲锋枪射击时产生的噪声 110dB(A)为施加因素 ,将大鼠禁食 2 4h后连续噪声刺激 12h ,观察胃粘膜损伤情况及胃粘膜组织和细胞结构变化。结果 声刺激组产生明显的急性胃粘膜损伤 ,其溃疡指数 (8.4± 0 .6 )显著高于对照组 (0 ) ,P <0 .0 1。结论 爆破声刺激大鼠可成功地产生急性胃粘膜损伤动物实验模型 ,为探讨其发病机理及防治研究奠定理论基础
The purpose of this study was to establish an animal model of acute gastric mucosal injury induced by blasting in rats and to explore its pathogenesis. Methods Using the national standard Wister rats as the research object, randomly divided into control group and acoustic stimulation group. The noise generated when shooting with a 5 6 submachine gun was 110 dB (A). The rats were fasted for 24 hours after fasting for 12 h. The gastric mucosal lesion and gastric mucosal tissue and cell structure were observed. Results The acoustic stimulation group had obvious acute gastric mucosal injury, the ulcer index (8.4 ± 0.6) was significantly higher than that of the control group (0), P <0.01. Conclusion The experimental model of acute gastric mucosal injury can be successfully established by blasting acoustic stimulation in rats, laying a theoretical foundation for exploring its pathogenesis and prevention and treatment
