本文用X线摄片法研究了35名跳跃运动员和12名大学生的跖骨的横径、骨体骨壁厚度和近节趾骨的横径。发现所测数据跳跃运动员均大于大学生。Ⅱ跖骨骨壁厚度最大,厚度以Ⅱ跖骨为中心,向两侧递减。Ⅱ~V跖骨骨体内侧壁厚度均大于外侧壁。还发现跳跃运动员的跖骨和趾骨均较大学生长,这提示跳跃运动员有较长的足弓,趾骨和跖骨长度与足弓长度有关,较长的跖骨和趾骨有增大足弓的作用,有利于弹跳力的发挥。跖骨和趾骨的长度可作为跳跃运动员选材的一项参考指标。
This paper studied the transverse diameter of the metatarsal bone, the thickness of the bone wall and the transverse diameter of the proximal phalanx in 35 leaping athletes and 12 college students by radiography.
