以提取过茶多酚的茶叶——“茶渣”作为主料栽培姬菇(Pleurotus spp.),设计包括对照(CK,主产区常用栽培基质配方)在内的7个栽培基质配方处理,开展栽培出菇试验研究。结果表明,配方4处理(50%茶渣)的鲜菇单产(0.733 kg/袋)最高,高出CK(0.464 kg/袋)0.269 kg/袋;生物学效率(97.69%)最高,高出CK(74.24%)23.45%;栽培鲜菇利润(0.72元/袋)最高,高出CK(0.05元/袋)0.67元/袋;且子实体含有茶多酚成分。由此可得,采用50%主料茶渣的配方4处理栽培能取得较好经济效益,可在姬菇的生产上示范应用。
